Zuloo Marine Charter Terms
These terms govern all charter bookings with Zuloo Marine in Dubai. We operate a fleet of 88 yachts and boats from Dubai Marina and Dubai Harbour. By placing a deposit, you accept these operational rules, pricing conditions, and service inclusions.
Reserving your date and payment structure
A date is confirmed only upon receipt of a 30% deposit. Dates are not held without this payment. All listed prices include VAT. The remaining balance must be cleared before departure. Payments cover the licensed captain, crew, fuel, insurance, soft drinks, ice, towels, and life jackets. Minimum charter duration is 2 hours. Hourly rates across our fleet of 88 yachts and boats range from 600 AED to 18,900 AED, depending on the chosen vessel size, which ranges between 33 ft and 164 ft. We respond to all booking enquiries in the WhatsApp chat within 15 minutes between 9:00 and 23:00 GST daily.
Coverage and standard inclusions
Every charter booked with Zuloo Marine includes standard insurance, a licensed captain, and active crew members. Fuel costs are fully covered in the initial price quotes. Guests are accommodated across vessels measuring from 33 ft up to 164 ft. Any additional services requested, such as external transfers, sound systems, or water sports equipment, are handled directly through our WhatsApp chat service during operational hours from 9:00 to 23:00 GST daily.
Unfavourable sailing conditions and changes
If bad weather prevents sailing, we agree a new date in the chat or issue a full refund, depending on the guest's choice. No passport or ID is needed to board our vessels. Optional extras such as water sports, jet skis, flyboards, paddle boards, banana rides, seabobs, snorkelling, fishing tackle, catering, BBQ menus, bar service, decorations, live music, DJs, photographers, drone coverage, projectors, sound systems, and car transfers can be arranged upon request prior to the charter date.
Food, beverages, and vessel capacity
Guests may bring their own food and drinks on board, including alcohol, with zero corkage fees. Alternatively, catering, BBQ menus, and full bar service can be requested in advance. The maximum guest capacity for our largest vessel is 90 guests. All guests must adhere to the capacity limit specified for their booked boat. Basic refreshments, including soft drinks and ice, alongside towels and life jackets, are provided on every charter at no additional cost.

Helpful details
What happens if severe weather prevents our departure?
If the weather does not allow sailing, we move the charter to another date or refund the payment, as chosen by the guest. We coordinate all updates and date adjustments directly in the chat.
Is the 30% advance deposit refundable?
A date is confirmed only with the 30% deposit. If bad weather prevents sailing, you may choose a full refund of your payment or reschedule the charter to a new date via our chat.
Are guests allowed to bring personal food and alcohol?
Yes, guests may bring their own food and drinks, including alcohol. There is no corkage fee. We also provide soft drinks and ice, or you can request catering and bar service in advance.
